Machinery
1.1 Do the location, use and resources of the machinery correspond to those specified in the technical manual?

1.2 Is the machinery in safe condition for use?

1.3 Is the equipment equipped with cleaning devices, containers, guards and protective equipment?

1.4 Has the equipment been recently inspected by specialists and maintained according to technical recommendations?

1.5 Has it been verified that the equipment has the required devices to prevent accidents?

1.6 Is the equipment manufactured appropriately for the type of work to be performed?

Operator
2.1 Are the operators certified and qualified to use the machinery?

2.2 Do operators have the leadership and teamwork skills necessary for efficient performance?

2.3 Are operators aware of safety procedures for proper operation of machinery?

2.4 Do operators know and understand the potential risks associated with the use of machinery?

2.5 Are operators kept up-to-date with new developments in the machinery?

2.6 Are operators using appropriate personal protective equipment?

Environmental conditions
3.1 Are the area and surroundings safe for the use of agricultural machinery?

3.2 Are the temperature and humidity within the limits set by the manufacturer?

3.3 Is there an adequate control system for noise generated by machinery?

3.4 Are there adequate controls for the emission of gases and fumes?

3.5 Has the possibility of using solar, wind, or biomass-powered systems been evaluated?
